My husband and I came in to the office today thinking that we were going to leave empty handed but, on the contrary, left so optimistic about our future. She was so understanding about our circumstances and could relate to us; she completely jumped on board with our future plans. I still have a smile on my face :) I was so impressed by her. Thank you Cleidy!

So here we go: At a recent community event in Sherman Oaks, I came across Cleidy's real estate information and decided to call her regarding purchasing a home in the Granada Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley. She was quite helpful and clear in her answers. I found her to be quite knowledgeable on the Granada Hills community. Being from Northeast LA, I am not familiar with The Valley, but Cleidy's familiarity with the area was on point. She was able to give me the names of excellent restaurants (Something I confirmed afterwards), a few local bars where I could find a relaxing atmosphere to have a drink and where the local American Legion is. Now as a Veteran there are different types of loans and procedures for purchasing a home that I have zero knowledge on. This is where Cleidy truly shined. She broke down all the real estate jargon and explained it in a way that I could perfectly understand. She sent me a few listings (that were perfect) and explained how I could purchase utilizing my VA Loan to purchase the home. Cleidy was an excellent real estate agent. She was patient with me and all my questions. She was a gold mine of information on The Valley. So many great suggestions and tips! Finally found a great real estate agent who was not at all patronizing or rude, but just caring, helpful and knowledgeable. She will be a key asset and excellent resource to anybody who calls upon her services. Thank you Cleidy!

She knows the SCV and if you are buying or selling in the SCV and know that the realtors in the SCV are very tight then hire the best of them Bri King.

It was difficult just to schedule a showing because the seller did not want to move, which already made things complicated. On top of that, communication from Bri was very poor/ little to none. She was SLOW to respond to my realtor and often delayed getting back to us, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. Once we submitted an offer, we were told there were multiple offers on the property. (LIE) Shortly after, the seller significantly raised the price.(20,000$). The entire situation felt more like a game than a professional transaction handled with transparency and integrity. It honestly felt like we were being pushed to increase our offer without clear evidence of other active buyers. Ultimately, we decided to move on and pursue another property, which ended up being a much better/cleaner fit. Interestingly, once we canceled our offer, the home went right back on the market and continues to show as available. That definitely made us question the "multiple offers" we were told about. She doesn't care about veterans or military/law enforcement. Buying a home is already stressful, and clear communication, honesty, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience her AT ALL. I don't recommend using this flashy mindless realtor. She also tried to threaten the open house and bribe me to not have the open house for me to pay more. If I could give her ZERO stars I would. Her name is big and all hype if your serious with money and want something with quick response time stay away!!!!

If I could give Sam Andress and Ethos Advisors 10/10 stars I would!…read more I cannot say how grateful I am to have met Sam during my real estate search and the purchase of my first home! Honestly, buying a house is not an easy task especially in such a competitive market as Los Angeles. I was searching for well over 6 months and worked with multiple real estate agents that didn't take the initiative to help me find a home and execute on my goals of closing something immediately (before interests went up). Searching for a home is already stressful, but to realize after the fact, the home buying process is very complicated and requires so much more work in order to close. Thank goodness for Sam! My first home purchase could have been a lot more complicated, and I am certain that if I wasn't working with Sam, it would've been a long drawn out process that would've taken forever to close (or not close at all) and require a lot more effort such as negotiating, scheduling calls with multiple parties, inspections, appraisals, loan verification, etc. I am thankful that Sam is a master at his craft and understands exactly how everything works and what he needs in order to make the best possible experience and smooth transaction for his clients. We closed in 30 days! Incredible! Simply incredible! Sam is not only a real estate broker, but also a mortgage broker which allowed me to work with one person on both the purchase and the mortgage. I got an awesome rate! Sam was super responsive, engaged, provided all the facts and details to allow me to make a decision on every aspect of the terms for both the home purchase and mortgage. It was very easy to work with Sam and he explained everything to me to ensure I understood each step of the process. Not only, Sam has a wonderful team behind him to support you throughout the entire journey! You can be well assured that you'll have people working to get you across the finish line and closing smoothly without any hiccups whatsoever. Lastly, I remember vividly looking back hindsight, being new to Los Angeles and a first time home buyer during the home inspection process I would've had to research, contact and schedule different professionals to complete the inspection. How stressful that would've been! Sam made it easy! He has his entire network and team of trusted professionals ready to help out. Going through that experience I realized and understood the true value of working with the best. Working with Sam gave me peace of mind. Overall, my experience buying my first home was incredible and very much memorable, a blessing indeed because of Sam! I am so STOKED and happy to be a homeowner! Thank you so much, Sam! I have no doubts I will be working with Sam in the future and will be referring anyone I know that is searching for a home. Sam is a trusted advisor, a hard working professional and the very best broker in Los Angeles!

We were referred to Sam and from day one he was super responsive, easy to chat with and he gave us insightful advice about what to expect from the whole process. He gave us advice on what to look for at open houses and what to pay attention to when researching homes online. His input also helped us narrow down the locations we were researching and a reasonable price range we could afford based on our pre-approvals. When we started making offers, we could have easily been overwhelmed by the process and all the nuances of offers and counteroffers. We felt like Sam was truly looking out for our well-being and helped us avoid some bad situations, especially in this crazy market (2021). When we got an offer accepted, Sam was so responsive and helped us prepare everything we needed to get through escrow without a problem. He simplified complicated contract language and made us feel at ease. We even closed a few days early! Overall, we felt comfortable with Sam through the whole process. He helped us get answers to tough questions, negotiated when we needed him to, and really helped us avoid making bad decisions. He was also our agent and lender which made it a one-stop shop for us. Sam's become a friend to us and we'll be celebrating with him at our house warming party. Highly recommend working with him!
