Kevin's questions while doing my taxes showed me how methodical he was and it was interesting to understand the reasons he asked (he explained to me some of the terms, laws, etc.). We managed to get through my complicated taxes and I was ready to be on my way. My experience for the first time was great at K&A, especially for such a dull tax activity. There were two things that I'd point out could be improved for my experience to be much better. 1. Up front transparency for cost of tax filing 2.
