Lucky 7 You guys had a white 2007 Yukon selling around $8 grand. I called and spoke with a guy…read morenamed Tommy. I ask Tommy why the SUV is selling so low for this Yukon to have only 86,583 miles. Tommy to me, we are over stock, and we need to move a lot of units. I called my insurance company to have them check the vin number and found a Carfax report to find out Lucky 7 was selling this 2007 Yukon with 105,000 rolled-back odometer miles. 2017 this Yukon had 191,796 off the Carfax report. Now 7/2025 Lucky 7 has 86k miles. If a dealer sold you a car with a rolled-back odometer, that's a serious federal and state offense. Federal law (Odometer Act - 49 U.S. Code § 32701) File Complaints State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration , Indiana Odometer Act (Indiana Code Title 9, § 9 1 to § 9 5), Indiana Criminal Code (§ 35 43 6.5 2) altered or nonfunctional odometer is a Level 6 felony. He helped me purchase my 2016 Ford Escape over a year ago, even with a fixed and tight budget. We bought our second vehicle from him last week, a 2015 Chrysler 200. The Chrysler we purchased off the budget lot, yet they still did an inspection on it, detailed it and replaced all 4 tires for us. I truly believe Branden wouldn't sell you a "bad" vehicle and that all the employees take pride in what they do.

I drove an hour and twenty minutes one way to go see it and hopefully take it home the same day. When I arrived however, it was brought to my attention by Cole Jetmore, that the truck was shipped to their Fort Wayne location because of a potential buyer 25 minutes before I arrived!! I find it beyond ridiculous and extremely unprofessional that they couldn't have given me a call to let me know or at the very least hold it and let me look at it first since I've been talking with Tasha about how much I wanted to bring the truck home ALL WEEK, not to mention the fact that I was driving an hour and twenty minutes on my one day I'm not working a 12 hour shift during the week! Due to their lack of communication, customer service, and professionalism I wasted almost three hours of my life and a quarter of a tank of premium gas only to be told "Well if the customer doesn't decide to purchase the truck we'll give you a call." I'm beyond frustrated, pissed off, and disgusted with how this situation played out and was handled. It clearly shows how much they care about new customers!!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from them to highly consider other dealerships first, or at least dealerships with communication and customer service because it's more than evident they have none!!!

They say it's a two week wait for their service shop to look at it. Even though I paid $2400 for a warranty to cover everything. Two days later the car has a catastrophic engine failure. I have to tow it twice to get it to them. They literally take some parts off and put them back on and reset the Check Engine and tell me it's fixed. Two miles down the road I get gas. It takes 11 tries to start it. Two days later Check Engine is back on. I take it in that Monday. They give me a crappy loaner and not a rental car as my warranty garauntees. Wed they say it's fixed again. This time it doesn't make it 3 miles and has another engine failure. So, that's three tows in five weeks for a new car. They call me back after two days (again they gave me the same crappy loaner and this time it's on empty when I get it) and say Ford recalled this model and year for this exact problem. So, now Ford has it. I was told it would be done by Tues April 7, 2015. It is now Thurs. They have made no contact with me. I went in and met with the manager and he could not have been less empathetic. All excuses and it's not our fault. Never said he was sorry my family and I were stranded in the worst part of Fort Wayne at night for two hours waiting on the first tow. Not sorry that he has not honored the warranty in the least. Not sorry the second time it went dead I was stuck in rush hour traffic. He honestly could care less. He has my money so why should he care huh? They love to talk about how they are members of the Chamber and BBB and sponsor little league. So, that makes you a decent human being? No, it doesn't. You have dozens of places you can go. Avoid this one. Great during the signing process and terrible on the back end.
