They have a wide variety of souvenirs relating to the cathedral, the museums nearby with Michelangelo's David, and lots of other fun items that are significance for the city of Florence. Prices were reasonable especially since we compared prices to other shops as well as the museum shops and also street vendors.

Before we got back we were notified of third final attempted delivery. We had to travel to SanAntonio to get it , (50 miles), upon opening the package we discovered it was Shattered! We notified Alessio and were told to "be patient" it would take time to process the paperwork, then we noticed the package had been MISLABELED as a 33 lb. "Vase" and only insured for $1000.00 ( the Statue weighed upwards of 70 lbs. ). Now after months of calls and e-mails, Lies and Stories - We have NOTHING ! That LIAR ALESSIO has played deaf and dumb - ignores calls and e-mails, resisting all attempts to settle our claim. We are fed up with the run around and excuses we've been put through. DONT SHOP HERE !!! Find an honest place to patronize. We are returning to Florence and we are going to visit crooked Alessio in person !!! BUYERS BEWARE !!! DISHONEST SHOPKEEPER !!!

I had been searching all over Italy for a true cameo artist to have a memento from our "Grand Tour" - there are not many true artists left as many people souvenir shops sell plastic cameos. In Florence we found a little shop on a side street just off of the Ponte Vecchio where Antonio carves classic cameos and personalized jewelry. We also saw an entire shell that Antonio was working on and decided this would be something very special to remember our trip. This is better than any souvenir. Our piece of Cameo art is something that we will cherish forever. Thank you Antonio!
