Our guide was a lovely lady and she spoke good English but there was no opportunity for dialogue or asking questions. She was ahead of the group most of the time and we never really had a chance to interact with our guide. The group we had was also huge and whilst the said group size was limited to 20 there was a lot more than that in our group. If you prebook your tickets online then you can skip the queue anyway so being in a tour group is not such a big advantage. All in all an ok tour but not personal enough for me.

Jayne Seddon and 2 of her staff at Venice Events hung up when we called a number of times to complain and request a refund. We have since tried to get our money back - we paid by visa - but the tour company refused Visa's request. Venice Events only accept cash or VISA. No AMEX. Beware of Venice Events and Jayne Seddon. They are thieves.
