What a bunch of scums!! ! I went there to change £190. Being…read moremy first money exchange and not knowing the real rates,I was naive enough to exchage my money for €177 when really it was worth €230. When my husband told me about it, we went back to the shop 2min after the exchange was done and requested a refund. Instead, we got yelled and sweared at by a very rude frech woman. She shut all the curtains on our face, tried to intimidat us by bringing up the police (which we called ourselves but didn't get far with them), tried to kick us out and refused to let us talk to her boss. Their rates are ridiculously low and the staff are extremely rude. Do Not deal with this shop no matter how desperate you are. There is always the option of credit/debit card and ATM, it's worth the extra charge and fee.
