She was…read morevery knowledgeable about the property, extremely professional without being pushy and she seemed just so happy to be doing what she was doing. We weren't really interested in the property at that time but grabbed her business card with the thoughts that if we ever really needed a Realtor that she was the kind of person we would like to do business with. Fast forward a few years and we decide to put our Naples condo on the market and get in touch with Allison. WOW! She was amazing from the start offering us some great advice about timing, market value, improvements to increase salability, and more. And she was such a pleasure to work with. We were going to wait till spring when my tenant left but Allison convinced us to put it on the market in December. It went to contract within a few weeks with the condition that the closing would be in April. Then we ran into a snag with a open building permit from the previous owner that we were unaware of. Allison got the contractor (from 14 years ago) to finish the work and then met with the building inspector to make sure the permit would be closed all while we were out of state. Then she made sure that the closing went off without a snag while we were out of the country. With emails she made feel comfortable and enjoyed our vacation knowing that everything was being well taken care of. Allison is the quintessential professional realtor and a super pleasure to work with. Tom and Gail Smith

The house sold in under 90 days, at a time when the market was very down, and she negotiated great terms that suited me and the new buyer. She protected my interests and assets that allowed me great peace of mind. If you need a PRO that is honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working for you, look no further than Allison Kennedy. You'll be glad you did.

Yvonne is calm, smart and clearly knows the market very well. And she can connect you to tradespeople who get everything done - fast and on budget.
