The food is prepared and cooked in a small kitchen behind the counter where you order. The Mien Bo was very good on a rainy, cool summer day; lots of flavor, perfect slices of beef, and the glass noodles fill you up quick. Also, the fried noodles with crispy chicken was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly crunchy and flavorful on the outside, and still moist on the inside. It was a very good treat. We topped it off with some very reasonably priced Singha beers. I'm glad we found this place. Check it out!
