I decided not to use any of the admission services because I wanted to be authentic and put my own voice in the writing but as someone who comes from a foreign country, there was a limit to how much I can express myself because English isn't my first languages. Lily quickly captured my personality and what I'd like to say in my essay, and came up with the heartful, yet sharp and intelligent writing style. We went back and forth working on it and every time I gave her my feedback she reflected it to the work seamlessly. I was so pleased with her work I decided to contact her when I was going through a rough immigration-related situation and had to send in a pleading letter. Thanks to Lily, not only was I able to deliver the facts about the situation but also express convincingly and appropriately how I truly feel about it. I majored in Creative writing in my home country and I understand how delicate and demanding of a process writing is. That's why I really value her work and recommend her. Aside from her punctuality, trustworthiness, excellent language skills, I think what makes her stand out is how much she truly cares about her work and you as her client. You can really see that in her work and that's why I go to her whenever I have anything important to edit. (The same strategy used by political parties, medications and many retail products these days!) I hope elders who want to remain resilient and healthy are instead reading more optimistic articles about the real science of aging. My favorite tip for that: If you add the word 'PubMed" to any googled question about health, you can get links to articles and research papers on everything about health you can think of, including common supplements, some shown in research to work as well or better than available medications. Customer Service: Knowledgable, quick to respond, professional, and flexible. Kevin Hearst spent a considerable amount of time making sure that his system would work with ours. He tested the system extensively, and when it arrived it was as close to a "plug and play" experience as you can expect. Gear: We had a lot of trouble finding certain components (MADI I/O) locally...and nationally. The Digital Difference clearly has a large inventory. Everything sent was in great condition. As I said, Kevin tested everything beforehand to ensure it all worked. Shipping: Everything was packed properly, and in such a way that it was easy to return. The packing slip even itemized which box each cable came from- very handy when packing in a hurry. The Dig Diff made sure everything arrived on time, and went through the effort of finding the most affordable shipping rates. The whole process was easy. Pricing: This was huge for us. We received quotes from a few local distributors to avoid shipping. Even if they HAD the equipment I needed, it would have ended up costing the same. Maybe there's just less competition in CO? It's definitely worth getting a quote from Dig Diff, even if you already have another company in mind. In summary, this is a viable solution for out-of-state recording projects.
