Paul came round on the due dates and took out our ancient boiler and tank and fitted the new ones. Impressive work, as I was a bit worried about making good in our kitchen as the original boiler was so old, but Dave priced a new one, the dimensions of which was almost exactly the same as the old one. Run by Dave, and ex-British Gas fitter, it concentrates on heating systems, and has a menu pricing system so you know what you're going to be in for. I think the prices are comparable, but it's not just about price, it's whether they do a good job and you feel you can trust them. First time I used them, Dave impressed me by telling me my boiler was perfectly sound when I thought I'd need a new one, and gave me a couple of things to try over the phone to fix my problem, which would have done him out of the job. I was a little bit dubious the other week when he put a costly treatment into the system to fix 2 radiators which weren't working, but he was right, after 2-3 weeks, the radiators have started getting hot again. So while I don't know enough about boilers to swear TVBC is a good company, so far I like them, and they're my central heating saviours of choice!

On one occasion, I was charged considerably less than estimate when anticipated difficulties were successfully overcome or avoided. Following my first enquiry, Circitas undertook the refurbishment and modification of my loft-mounted MVHR system. My second request of Circitas was for an upgrade of the electricity cooker supply circuit in order to meet the increased demand required for the anticipated installation of a replacement induction hob range. On the third occasion I used Circitas, the engineer fitted four surface-mounted dimmable downlights in each of two bathrooms. I would unhesitatingly use Circitas again and would recommend the company to family and friends.

Nice company to deal with, I would definitely recommend them, and the price was excellent, and believable as opposed to the low quote I had which was that builder didn't follow up in writing, unlike the quote I had from 321 Garage Conversions who did everything in writing, and stuck to it. Great Job and comfortable to work with. I will be getting them to replace my windows later this year and do some other refurbishments probably next year.
