BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is how the scam will unfold they, "Mr." Renolds (I use that term lightly because based on my personal experience with him that is too honorable a term for such a dishonorable person) and Christina his paralegal will lure you in with a reasonable initial consultation fee and retainer fee. But it will take three weeks for them to prepare your divorce petition, and another three weeks for them to file it with the court and then another two weeks for them to serve the papers and then another week for them to file that with the court. All the while you will be calling and visiting the office and guess what? Renolds will never be there and Christina will hardly be there. They will ask for a boatload of documentation but will never be there for you to give it to them. A month before your hearing they'll claim that you've burned through your first $3,000 because you kept calling and emailing them so much and they'll hit you up for another $1,000 and threaten to withdraw or put a hold on your case if you don't pay up right away. Once you cough up the money, they'll agree to meet you for your court date and guess what? Renold's will be late, unshaven and with alcohol on his breath and Christina would have forgotten to file your financial affidavit that you gave to her 3 months prior to file and the judge will toss your hearing out and you will have to wait another week or two (if you're fortunate) to get another hearing with the Judge allowing time for your spouse to hire his or her own attorney in the interim. When you have had enough and demand your money back Christina will send you a copy of the initial contract you signed and highlight the portion that basically states 'monies given are deemed monies earned' so never mind the subpar service, you'll never see a dime. In the end you will end up having to shell out another $4,000 or more to hire a real attorney to fight for your cause which you thought you did when you hired Kenneth Renolds. When I got my final bogus, padded statement to account for how they had used my $4,000 "representing" me, it stated that I still owed them about $50.00. There's no shame in their game. Word on the street is that Mr. Renolds writes his own favorable reviews. Word on the street is that he is always late to his hearings. Word on the street is that I'm not the first client of his to have to hire another attorney to finish the job because of his incompetence. I'm not the first but I can make it my business to be the last by writing this review warning others not to make the same terrible mistake that I did and by writing the Florida Bar and whistleblowing this operation.
