The first was to repair/replace all the facia boards around my home. The second was to repair all of the cracks that had developed on my exterior concrete walls over the years. Carlos Jr., the contractor, courteously listened to fully understand what I wanted done. For each job he clearly explained the work that would be involved, the materials that could be used - clearly identifying the best, the least expensiv, and the one's he'd use if it were his home. He gave his cell phone number and promptly responded to any question or concern I had as the work was being done. If I wanted him to personally check something out, he would promptly do so and make sure the work was being done properl.
