We moved across the country and had to transfer our policies to Maine. Reyn assigned Jack to be our "personal" agent, and he has been outstanding! We have been with State Farm for over 15 years, but the transition here was complicated by our lender's requirement that we buy home coverage for a year in advance, and that was arranged by the broker. It has been a massive move for us, leaving our home of 42 years. As the dust has finally settled out, Jack has transferred our policies to Maine, and saved us a lot of money, to boot. He even arranged things so we can see clients in our home office, something the other company would not allow!
