Late update... I filed a complaint with the BBB. They reached out to him more than once before he…read morewould respond. He said he wouldn't take any responsibility for the damages he caused to my property nor wood he refund any money so that I can replace/fix anything. He was angry he was being held accountable and continued to lie about yelling and cursing at me even though it's on video and there are witnesses. He definitely took advantage of me because I'm a female and didn't hold up his end of the signed agreement. I would still rate a zero if possible. Forcing all payments to be in cash or is extremely questionable. Terrible experience.

We were looking to add some hardscape to our backyard but came across a problem: our AC unit. When…read moreit was installed, it was installed on an unlevel mound of dirt and nobody (the builder nor the HVAC company) wanted to move it because it would void our warranty. We were stuck with an AC unit that would probably get damaged over time as the dirt underneath it continued to erode. We explained our situation to Mr. Sanchez and he quickly provided a solution. His crew graded the ground around the unit, positioned pavers directly underneath the unit to level and secure it in place, and then poured concrete around the unit so that it would be completely stabilized. Best of all, the concrete was poured so perfectly flush with the bottom portion of the AC unit that it literally looks like the unit was placed directly into the concrete which surrounds it! We still cannot believe it! We were very pleased with his work, professionalism, and his ability to execute our dream yard. Thank you, Mr. Sanchez!

He power washed my back patio and then came back a few days later to put on a great glossy sealant that my wife really wanted. On top of that, he came back to help install string lights in my backyard and just finished doing a reapplication of the sealant. It already looked great after the first application, but my wife and I decided we wanted it to shine even more and Daniel was kind enough to oblige and was a pleasure to work with and talk to as always. I really can't recommend him enough. I would easily work with him again and refer him to friends without reservation.
