Then on the appointment day I got up early and was there 45 min early only to discover I left my ID and insurance card at home and they refused to see me. Politics of our "medical care" today. Though it helped that I was the only one there. Elliot checked me in. She was very professional and friendly and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes to get into an exam room. The team was staffed with a nurse and a Nurse Practitioner. I waited in the exam room for about 25 minutes before the Practitioner arrived. The process was very straight forward, professional and comfortable. I felt like I was given an accurate diagnosis and helpful treatment plan. I would not hesitate to give this place a try.
