We asked to see other lawns done in the past and I went to see them. When I spoke to the people with ready laid Hi Tech lawns, they all said (with a smile) that they recommend Hi Tech and that they were all delighted. Having seen those lawns laid and walked on them I noticed that the High Tech ones felt, and were better than some other company that I was considering but I preferred the Hi Tech grass. It looked better and felt better. (The opposition's lawn was not as good but they boast it to be better. I don't think so. The team of four arrived and were polite and professional. Being home all day I could not help but see every stage of the work through the window and they worked hard even in the rain where possible. Their price was better by miles and even though the rival companies lowered their price to try to secure my business I am glad I stayed with Hi Tech. Knowing now of high Tech's standard. I would go to Hi Tech even if they were more expensive. Knowing what I know now! I was looking for the lowest price. High Tech was already better than most I approached. Another point was some other companies wanted a deposit, up to 50% in advance. Hi Tech said NO deposit just pay when satisfied at the end of the job!! To be honest I have had great service before in my lifetime BUT Hi Tech Turf were so good from start to finish I never though it possible to be this good. Their Primary target is customer satisfaction. It comes before profit? (They know you will be happy) Ask Hi Tech for my address and do come and see my finished lawn (And note the colour. I think it's the most realistic) (It's the darker shade) I recommend Hi Tech for another reason. ...They are a big company and you are still their customer years after the job is done. You are not OFF the books when the job is done as you can be with some private installers. Look at all the great reviews, they speak for themselves and if there should ever be a bad one it would only be mistaken identity or from a rival.

We ordered 22, 4.8mtr decking boards, 2 were unusable - I am 6 foot tall & can clearly see the bad scratches without having to bend down. QUOTE FROM FYLDEGRASS - " Thanks for the photos, the boards look fine to me, do you agree? And thus the boards are acceptable....especially considering they are 4.8mtrs long. Nonetheless I've authorised them to be substituted with new boards, hopefully they will be ok" We did not agree & thought the length was irrelevant but accepted the 2 replacement boards as we mentioned that we wanted to order more in the future for the bottom of our garden. We asked for the 2 replacement boards to match our existing colour. QUOTE FROM FYLDEGRASS - " You can't see the scratches, you aren't being neither fair or reasonable. They are not deemed defective or faulty & aren't eligible for replacement or refund, end of. With the greatest of respect to you we politely decline any future business from you. It's impossible for the replacement boards to be anywhere near matching as they'll be a different production run. I really don't see multiple scratches in your photos. I do feel you are going a little OTT here, it's an outdoor product. As the world knows with building materials you always order more than you require to allow for this.
