A wire was singed and could have caused a fire. He tried every circuit and it did take a while but I sure was impressed with his speed and service figuring out where the problem was. He even offered to wrap up all the extension cords I had out and help move the bookcase back to the wall. All the time he was working and cheerful and did a mighty fine job. He's a keeper.
