I had a horrible experience looking for a House with my Realtor Brandi Carter from Keller Williams…read more The second day I met with her she received a phone call halfway through our showing at the house and then continued on that phone call for 35 plus minutes every 5 or 10 minutes I would look at her and shrug my shoulders and wave my finger like hello but she would just say I'm sorry and then continue talking I was listening to a conversation and it was just co workers stuff between her and another realtor she was telling stories of the house that we looked at yesterday and stuff that was really none of that person's business it seem like because there was stuff that me and the realtor looked at the day before and that morning, almost a coffee break recount of events.anyways after 30 minutes I asked her should I go and you want to call me later you look busy and then I was appalled by her answer when she told me yes I'll call you later she called me later and I asked her for a list of more houses to look at and she told me she would get them to me and I told her that I was upset with how long that she made me wait and drive away . She aplogized and said she would get me the list. I never git the list and called her later that day with some questions and I couldn't get an answer I called her two more times over two and left a text message asking her if she needed me to find a different Realtor because I was wondering why I couldn't get a response she then called me immediately very angrily saying that she was with a customer and that she couldn't just answer phone like that and then I said well why were you on the phone so much earlier and then she started yelling at me about blowing her up and about being so rude earlier to her on the phone and then she started yelling at me when I was defending at myself telling her that she kept me on the phone for 35 minutes and then an argument ensued and I hung up on her and now I'm writing this review I'm upset that it ended in such a childish way I'm upset that my weekend is wasted it's Friday at 3 o'clock and now I'll probably have to wait till Monday to call the service man that I need for the showing of the house to be inspected and I need to find all new realtor I'm appalled that I had to chase her down and that she feels that it was okay to leave a customer who is in front of her to drive off all she talked to a coworker on the phone she could have just simply told them I have someone in front of me let me call you back but instead she had me drive away and then when I tried to call you 3 times the questions she got mad with me blowin her up I will not use Brandi Carter or Keller Williams and I hope that none of you do either don't waste your time because they will

Financially, this business does extremely well; as rehab can be $30,000+, it is not reflected whatsoever. They have policies and procedures that they do NOT comply with, there are lies told by medical workers who are supposed to be caring for you, and they can NEVER give straight answers. REQUIRED medications are immediately taken out of the patient's control and put in the hands of random, inexperienced, and may I add, RUDE nurse practitioners. Personally, I have horrible anxiety that has been treated and cared for by my psychiatrist for years - they didn't care whatsoever and left me in agony. The staff (in-facility) are amazing and have been nothing but helpful. However, their higher-ups have no care in the world. When doing a street paving job that will span the area of 3 residential blocks and you won't be…read moreallowing traffic through the area (including for the residents that live there), you should have signs posted for no traffic access. There should be no reason that someone should be a block away from their home, looking at their home, but being told after being stopped halfway to the stop sign next to their property that they have to drive 4 extra blocks or more to go around to their house from a different side to be able to access it. If you're blocking a road or not allowing access, it should be posted as such. And if you're doing it in a residential neighborhood, common courtesy would be to let the residents know (preferably in advance) about work being done that will limit their access to their home. And if the situation above does arise, a little bit of manners would be helpful when talking to an upset resident, and not just a comment from one of your workers about, "well, those guys are a-holes, so that's what you have to do."
