This was hands down the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I contacted Revesby Press to get letterhead and envelopes made. Throughout the entire transaction, the owner, Mari Crame, was not helpful - when asking for an example of the colour of paper and envelopes, he was unable, or unwilling, to provide me with this. When unsure about sizing, he only provided me with a PDF file which in no way indicated the actual size of the paper or envelopes.
In spite of this, I went ahead with the order only to have the wrong size paper shipped to us. When I called Revesby Press to address this issue, I was met with not only a complete lack of understanding or compassion for my position as a consumer, but downright hostility from the owner, Mari Crame, who became combative over the phone and essentially yelled at me, accusing me of "raising my voice" (note: I work in a small, professional office and there is absolutely no way I would be able to "raise my voice").
This was a horrible customer service experience. Not only would I not recommend Revesby Press to anyone who were to ask me, I would vehemently recommend against using their service. read more
