The owner carries T-shirts and other rock memorabilia related to classic rock, heavy-metal, punk, 80s hair bands, 90s alternative, and so much more. The rock T-shirts are clearly labeled by size. It's so easy to find your size based upon the marker on each hanger. Over the past 5 to 10 years, I've always had to order my rock T-shirts online through Amazon or eBay. This shop has such a great selection of artists and album artwork, it was easy for me to find my favorite bands. This was my first trip to Dahlonega, but I would definitely consider returning based upon the merchandise sold in this store. I did look around the shop, but the t-shirts were so crammed in the racks I could barely look at them. I did like how they have them arranged by Band Names though. No purchase from me.

I asked the clerk at that time could I return it if it didn't fit since it was for Christmas. She replied YES. As it turned out, It didn't fit him, and I tried to return it today. The woman I talked with was rude, condescending, and downright ugly. She said I purchased it on "Gold Rush Days", and she would not give me a refund because it was a last sale. I don't go to county fairs (they are too hectic, and I can't walk for long periods), so I didn't purchase it then, for sure. It still had tags attached to it, albeit I had cut off the cost of the shirt since it was a gift. I asked for a credit which she refused to give me. I asked to see the manager, and she said she was the owner. Her name was Anna or Abby something, but she refused to give me her last name. I explained that I could not use the shirt, but she didn't care. Her face and words said it all. I have purchased hundreds and hundreds of dollars in clothes and items for my teen and young adult grandchildren and for my husband, daughters, and sons-in-law over the last 14 years, but I will NOT buy anymore from this store, and I will tell my friends of my terrible experience with the owner.

The owner is so cool and a great talker who is warm and engaging. I had to stop in because I love the look, feel and smell of leather and I love western stores. This store don't just carry western boots, but also riding boots, and casual styles in beautifully crafted leather. The women's western boots were very nice and had unique designs. If you are looking for quality boots like Frye, this store is a great option. . While they do have clothing options, I just focused on the leather accessories as a matter of interest. They have wonderful leather bags in various sizes and styles so if it's a bag that you need, the Branding Iron can help you. If you love the smell of leather, just step inside and take a deep breath!
