I dropped off a piece of equipment I use for work because it needed to be repaired. I explained to them it was urgent. (This was a wednesday) the mechanic was away so the desk worker took my info. 9 days later I call them to see what's going on and the man who answers is incredibly "short" with me. Says he doesn't even expect to see the part this week. Come to find out rather than call and ask if I wanted to pay the $65.00 to rush our needed part they simply assumed I didn't and snail mailed it.
