If you're a true smoking enthusiast, you already know the deal with most run-of-the-mill smoke shops. You've probably noticed how most tend to specialize in just one or two categories, be it pipes, tobacco, glass, CBD, vapes, etc, and that's it. It's likely you realized long ago how hard pressed you'd be to find a 1-stop-shop that not only offers products and expertise in virtually all aspects of leisurely smoking, but also deals with decor, apparel and holistics. Well look no further my fellow smokers. Retro Revolutions is the place. There are relatively few smoke shops with as much variety and diversity as this one, with an extemely knowledgeable and no-b.s. staff who work extremely hard to maintain the quality of their establishment while getting you what you need. Especially in the area. Now if you're just another annoying Karen-esque philistine, like yelpers "Dana I." and "Aqsa T." for example, who clearly know nothing about headshops or the etiquette involved therein, or even the general culture/demographic they cater to; who get indignant when basic I.D. and no loitering policies are enforced upon them, are probably shocked every time they don't receive royal-class treatment at any establishment they visit, wonder why the service isn't spectacular after being curt or outright rude to staff, then go out of their way to write multiple bad reviews on an entire business in a childish attempt to have a single employee's job, simply because their ass wasn't kissed vigorously enough, then this place probably ISN'T FOR YOU, and you should stick to gas station bodegas and walgreens, because that's all you deserve. I took a trip to the Retro Revolution in Plano to see if anything peaked my interest. Once I stepped inside, it was like I was at home. Everyone was very welcoming, Especially Kyle. He greeted me when I walked inside and showed me around. I told him I was interested in some type of device that would help me with dry herp vaporizing. He pointed to the Arizer Extreme Q. I fell in love immediately when I saw it had all the options I was looking for. It came as a shock with how in-expensive it was compared to other machines. He took the time to talk with me about the machine and its capabilities and I was set on it. I was very happy knowing I was being taken care of as well as getting a good machine that I knew would work. I would completly reccomend coming here and speaking with Kyle when you can! read more

I recently visited and was blown away by the level of customer service I received. The store was extremely busy, but even so, a guy named Chris went out of his way to help me. He said he was the IT guy, but was willing to help. He was honest about what he knew and didn't know, and he didn't try to guess or give me false information. Instead, he did his best to assist me until an employee was available. I really appreciated his willingness to help and his honesty. The entire staff at this store is ALWAYS amazing (especially Kayla!!!!!), and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond! This place is a go to. Josh helped me so much in choosing a new hookah set up after my original bowl broke. I had an older model hookah that they didn't have parts to. Not only did he call around to try and find me the piece that I needed, he was willing to give me my money back for the bowl I bought from him that didn't fit my set up. I ended up buying a whole new one, and he even saw to it to give me a discount for my troubles. They have an awesome selection and are extremely helpful in choosing products that I didn't know about. I love this store... plain and simple. From the people that work there to the variety of glass, body jewelry, and clothes it is the perfect spot for your alternative lifestyle. I came in there a week ago and bought one of their newer Crush series glass pieces. Dave helped me, showing patience as I ping ponged between a few pieces for some time. I really appreciate not having high pressure sales, because with glass being the price it is you just don't want to walk out making the wrong choice. I had come in and bought a torch and carb cap but when I went home and tried using the torch, it was not working (it was filled with butane just fyi). I brought it back and Yamel and Caleb (I think? I hope!) were super helpful in getting it fixed. I ended up buying a different torch anyways and they were nice enough to give me a 20% off discount!
