I was having a horrible day after getting a flat tire, but I was able to come in right away and have a new tire installed for $95. I'm normally taken advantage of at tire shops and mechanics because of my age and appearance - they usually assume I don't know anything about cars and price gouge me. Here, I was treated with kindness and respect, and given prompt and trustworthy service. Total time from arriving to heading home with a new tire was less than 15 minutes. When i went to see how much it was hanging it just completely fell off so I decided to let my car roll over to the Pep Boys parking lot to see if anyone was available. Really sweet guy named Josue took my car for a test ride and looked under but didn't see or hear anything which really just reassured me and saved me an unnecessary trip to my dealership.
