I believe they even have frequent shopper rewards, although I haven't had any experience with it yet. My only gripe is how rushed I feel when I'm in the shop. I almost feel as though the employee is pushing me to make a selection so I can get out of the store. I'm not sure, maybe he is used to asking probing questions about what a customer is looking for or potentially looking for. However, sometimes I'd just like to choose a flavor or product without having to keep asking questions or have someone hovering. It's not a huge deal, as I always know what I'm wanting, but sometimes I'd really like to browse some more without immediately making a decision. For what they have and what I need, it's fine to feel rushed as long as I can get what I need.

We started browsing their merchandise wall to decide what we wanted but a woman with brunette hair and blonde streaks (who we later learned was Erica) abruptly told us to stop looking and head to the front to use an iPad instead. The way she came at us was unexpectedly rude and made us both uncomfortable. Reluctantly we went to the counter where she tossed the iPad down in front of us without even greeting us properly. While we were browsing the menu Erica basically rushed us through barely answering our questions and showing zero interest in helping us find what we wanted. She didn't even bother checking the back for stock when we asked! Throughout our checkout with just two items, Erica carried on multiple conversations with other staff and customers very clearly signaling we weren't a priority. She hurriedly handed us our products with no packaging and a dry, "Here's your product," before practically shoving us out the door. We've been to countless dispensaries in the area and never experienced service this bad. The rudeness and complete lack of customer care at SWADE left us in shock. We won't be coming back. I have been going to the mint since they opened. I have spent thousands of dollars there. Half of…read morethe people working there knew me by my name. A while back I decided to try other dispensaries to see if they had better prices. I liked the Swade dispensary I can pay $25.00 to $30.00 for an eighth of an oz. for very good 30% THC flower. That same quality would cost me $35.00 to $45.00 at the Mint. Plus great discounts. Also, I get free high quality rolling papers for free anytime I ask. If I want a lighter it's a BIC ( best lighter ) The Mint just sells cheap lighters and rolling papers. Most seasoned smokers like me wouldn't use thick harsh papers. In spite of all that, I would still shop there now and then to buy a pre-roll or some gummies because the place is near my house. To save time, few days back I stopped at the Mint for an eighth. After the budtender showed me an eighth that was 27% THC I asked how much? He said $45.00. I said that is too much money. I told him I pay $30.00 for better stuff at the Swade dispensary. Then the person next to him said " I don't like the way you are talking to him so, you can leave and don't ever come back. I said don't worry I won't. One thing I've noticed is most of the people that work at the Mint look like all the freaky blue haired, metal hanging out of their noses, tatttooed freaks you see rioting on the streets. That's probably because a dispensary is the only place that will give them a job. Other dispensaries may have one or two occcasionally. I'm a vet. a lot of those freaks don't like guys that wear caps with a flag or whatever on it. That may have something to do with the way I was treated. There is a new disp. opening up across the highway. I will be checking them out. Social media is a powerful thing look out!!!!!
