I was an absolute train wreck of sickness when I first started with Anna back in 2019. Debilitating period cramps, migraines, gi issues and much more. I was hoping for a miracle but honestly thought there was no way anything could help me, boy was I wrong! I still to this day cannot believe the positive changes I've seen and continue to see when I follow the program. I've been working with Anna and Sheri since 2019 and it's the best decision I've ever made. Anna not only helped my doctor diagnose my autoimmune condition but she healed my debilitating period cramps. It was the first time I ever heard "period cramps are not normal" and she was 100% right. Dieticians are the unsung heroes of the medical profession, I wholeheartedly believe that. I was highly skeptical of the food sensitivity testing but it has worked for me multiple times by reducing all kinds of inflammation including sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, pain, flushing, Gastrointestinal stuff and more! I'm a believer! read more

I was hoping to find relief of my IBS symptoms. My symptoms have bothered me for almost 20 years and I would sometime go for long periods (8 weeks was the longest) of barely eating because my stomach felt so awful and my symptoms were so severe. For about 2 years, I only ate breakfast and lunch because my night time symptoms were interrupting my sleep and I felt worse during the night than the daytime. I was skeptical in the beginning our time together because I have seen doctor after doctor, had test after test, taken many medications (at one time I was taking up to 5 per day just to be able to comfortably eat a meal) so I was expecting this to be another unhelpful experience. Today, thanks to Anna, I am only taking 1 medication!! And I am eating three meals per day, sometimes four, PLUS snacks without any consequences. You have exceeded my expectations. You have restored me to a life of being able to eat w/out fear. read more

As someone who struggles with a Severe Enduring Eating Disorder, I would highly recommend Dianna/Rethink Nutrition to anyone who needs a nutritionist. Dianna is a Godsend. Her personal/professional approach is a great fit for me. She knows just when to listen and uses her expertise in the field of dietetics to effectively coach me. Through my life, I've tried at least 5 other dietitians who never seemed to understand me. She adapts her treatment approach to fit my individual needs. Dianna is encouraging, knowledgeable, calm and supportive. Reaching out for help can be a challenge, however, I would encourage anyone who is needing help in the realm of nutrition or body image and is looking to lead a healthier lifestyle, to reach out to Dianna and her team. read more

I've had a wonderful experience with Rethink Nutrition. Sheri has been so supportive, kind, and easy to talk to. I had been sick to my stomach and feeling pretty horrible for as long as I can't remember. We found out that I have food sensitivities that was causing issues for me. After following the advice from Rethink Nutrition with Sheri's support, I am completely off my prescription GERD and migraine medications. I rarely have a sick stomach and other personal issues, and the daily pain I was in (having been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia) has reduced significantly. As an added bonus I lost over 50 pounds in 6 months! It has been life changing! read more

Anna has done wonders for me. I first met her with high cholesterol and a very bad eating habit, frozen dinners and pizza's was my choice. I also started having diverticulitis which caused terrible stomach issues. But with her guidance, my cholesterol level has dropped, my diverticulitis has been very manageable, and, I've kind of became a home chef, experimenting in different foods. I've done a complete 180 with the help and support of Anna and Rethink Nutrition! read more

Dianna Schalles has been absolutely amazing, I had fad dieted myself into a pretty bleak relationship with food and my body and she has been so attentive with making sure I'm improving my relationship with the foods I eat while also providing tools to make sure my diet is balanced and healthy while not denying myself the things I love. She also has been so awesome with scheduling, being able to do telehealth visits has been so convenient for my work schedule. read more

I had been dealing with severe eczema on my hands for over a year. After several dermatology appointments with no results, I had resigned myself to having to live with the problem. Working Anna and Sheri with Rethink has been great and very helpful. My favorite part of the program was seeing the results of improved GI issues and determining how they can be related to food sensitivities. Developing better eating habits and awareness has also been a benefit. read more
