He cleaned our 15-year-old stretched canopies, including one that had a large, caked-on green/black area from tree pollen, sap, and years of dust. I was honestly worried about damage--but he removed it completely with no issues at all. The canopies now look nearly brand new. Mark used a soft wash cleaning method instead of high pressure, which made a big difference. It was a slower process, but he took the time to do it correctly and safely. A high-pressure approach could have easily damaged the canopies, but he clearly knew what he was doing. He also went the extra mile by cleaning the poles (which had years of algae and dirt) and rinsing off the tables and chairs underneath after finishing the job. Another bonus--he used his own water, which made the process even easier for us. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. I would absolutely use Mark Ross again and highly recommend Paradise Pro Wash!
