We like to browse the restore here once in a while for a good find and we finally got one. My girlfriend ordered it. I went to pick it up and she did not realize it was real wood and for $200 cash that is one heck of a deal probably over $1000 new they have dollies and hand trucks to help load. The furniture itself is basically new with a few minor scratches. All the drawers and doors are well put together. It gave our whole living room. A brand new look for a fraction of what we would've spent at another furniture store. read more

Went to this location earlier in the week and found a Thomas the train station in the box for $20. Upon closer inspection, I realize that the set was missing all of the smaller pieces that would've gone with it. It was just the building. The building was missing all of the screws and was basically just thrown into the box broken. Took it up to the front counter and informed the cashier that the item was broken and asked if there was any kind of discount she could do on it since it was missing pieces, missing screws and broken. She says no that the people who price it have all the say in that and I say OK I don't want it. Today I go back into the store. They have left the price on it but thrown the box away so you don't realize that it's missing pieces. Not that big of a deal, right? However, they have also decided to now package it in a bag and wrap the bag so tightly that the item is going to stay together until you open the bag and realize that there's no screws holding it together and it falls apart in your hands. Mind you they still left the original price tag of $20 on the item even after discovering that it is missing pieces and broken. I would strongly suggest thoroughly checking everything you buy from the store before you pay for it because they are clearly hiding some things. Shameful for a thrift store to do when everything they get is free. The restore in monkey junction is a much better location.! read more

Wow was what I said as I walked in!! So much stuff! In the back building is building supplies.. interior, exterior doors, tile, windows, toilets, sinks and crown molding corner rounds you name it! Then you go into an outdoor area that had outdoor furniture and tables and chairs.. then you go into the huge front building and it's just an incredible selection of so many things for your home.. I love walking around these type of stores they have such interesting pieces of furniture and things I haven't seen in long time.. the prices were pretty amazing too.. they had bunch of interior doors for like bedrooms and we really could use those so we will probably be back with the big truck lol..I'm so glad we decided to come take look.. you never know what you'll find! read more

This store is hit or miss but if you go frequently you are sure to find a real STEAL on furniture. I am very happy with their prices and variety compared to most furniture thrift shops. Great glass and kitchen section as well. The rugs in the bag are 11x14 and 9x12 for less than $100 read more

This Habitat Restore has been such a huge blessing for my low budget furniture needs. It's constantly being restocked with quality furniture items that seem cleaner and in better shape than other thrift stores I've sauntered through. And the staff + volunteers kindly helped me find things and lift things into my car when necessary. I visited this Restore twice in a 5 day time period and they had tons of new stuff the second time around. I went home with a full length black and gold trendy, painted wood mirror for $10 + an antique, medium size plant table for $5 + vintage cassette drawers for $3. They had really nice futons and leather couches I liked, already reserved, plus tons of interesting mirrors and stools I thought were in good condition for the price. This restore does not have any clothing items - it focuses most on large furniture items, some building supplies, kitchen stuff, small room add ons, and music varieties. I would not recommend for finding metal bed frames and they're all mixed up in the back and very hard to access. However, if you're looking for inexpensive little furniture projects this could be a great spot for you to check back often. The good things go quick! read more

Awful. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and was not allowed to use the bathroom. They told me I could walk 1/4 of a mile to Bp. Besides that.... KNIVES AT CHILD LEVEL. Told an employee and although she agree with our position, they weren't moved. Un-freaking-believable! read more

Awesome thrift store with great prices and friendly employees! Jennifer was very sweet and helpful. The selection is great they have lots of paintings, mirrors, appliances, tons of furniture. Was able to get a working mini fridge for 20$ and a huge mirror for 25$. Either of those items new would have been at least 200$. Very happy with ReStore and will definitely be back. Also noticed they had brand new rugs 11x13 i believe hanging in the back for 149$!! Will be back to buy one of those asap! read more

I like to think I am an environmentally focused person, so when I discovered this store I was thrilled by the idea of up-cycling goods and items. The prices are high, but I truly believed in the mission of the company and the quality of the items for sale. My fiancée and I are in the process of moving and we decided to bring items that we didn't want to travel with here so that it can be given a new home rather than taken to the dump. We arrived with the items during drop off hours, and several workers were standing around. We waited several minutes to be greeted, and no one even bothered a "we will be with you in a moment". Eventually we went up to them and said we had items for donation. They didn't want to help us unpack the items. One of the items was a upcycled pallet board table I made and could easily have sold for $100. Again, our move was short notice and I didn't have the time to sell it. I figured I would pay it forward and just donate it since it was too big to move with. As the gentleman were carrying it inside they proceeded to say " this is going right in the dump, I'll keep the nice parts off it." I was absolutely devastated by the lack of appreciation and respect. If it weren't for the fact that we are moving on short notice, we would have left with all of the items for donation. I will never support habitat for humanity in the future. I suggest others do the same. read more

I go to the store regularly and find it fascinating every time. It is a bargain hunter paradise! If you are looking for something for nothing then DON'T GO HERE!! These people do have bills to pay to keep the doors open and this isn't a yard sale people!! I think the best way to start this review is to list the reasons why this is not a five-star or even a four-star. First, there is no public restroom. Other locations do have public restrooms. Second it took over 10 minutes to get someone to actually ring us up because by the time we were ready to check out all the cashiers had disappeared except for one off to the side which was quite rude. After waiting for him for the 10 minutes because no one was at the main cash registers he kind of gave a look and said well why don't you go to the other cashier. I turned around and there was another cashier there at that point. Even though we had already waited for him he said that it was still going to be awhile because he had other things to do and we should just go get in the other line which by that time had actually formed a line. I will say the young man that checked us out was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor at the main register. The store overall is clean and well organized. Again, the only reason for the two star reduction is lack of public restrooms and very poor customer service by all, except by that one young man that was a great cashier up front. In the future I will just go to the Leland location which is much nicer and more friendly. read more

The prices here are so high. Many of the items are at or above new price! If you're looking for a deal, look elsewhere. I've mentioned this to several other people, and they have all said that most people know better than to even bother with this location (ReStores elsewhere aren't like this.) Management needs to remember that these are used items, or clearance-type new items, and should be priced accordingly. read more

Used to like to go to this store to brouse. Found a really nice antique wall clock there about 2 years ago. My wife and I were there this past weekend (August 29, 2020, and it will be our last visit. They are aggressively enforcing the mask rule to the extent that it is ridiculous. The sign at the front door says masks must be worn, no exceptions, and if you have a medical condition that causes you to be unable to wear a mask to shop online. The sign goes on to state that the premises is private property, as if that somehow exempts them from the ADA (it doesn't). I was treated poorly by the mask Nazi female employee. I had the mask in my hand and was in the process of putting it on when she rudely got in my face about not already having it on. Know what? I don't need to come into your dirty, nasty, crappy store ever again. F-ing liberals and their agenda don't need my money. read more

Prices seem a little high for the quality and condition of furniture they're selling, but it's worth stopping in. They might need a bigger building soon. It's crowded and challenging trying to steer your cart around the furniture and crowded aisles. They need to display the pictures, mirrors and art better. read more

Can you give less than one star? Junky, junky, junky!!! So unorganized and Prices are ridiculously high. I had my 3 year old grandson with me and they have no bathroom for the public to use. Unbelievable! I feel by law that stores should be required to have public bathrooms. Parking is terrible and we had to load a heavy chest by ourselves. I wouldn't have paid $150.00 for the chest by I was picking it up for someone else and they did. And I am someone who loves thrift shopping. read more

I went to Restore today for the first time. My mom had just been here a couple of days ago with my Aunt to buy some things for my aunt. We found a reclining chair in the store that my mom liked so we decided to buy it. I asked my mom to go ahead and pay for it because there was a long line and it would only take me 5 or 10 minutes to get my truck and trailer. She said when she was there with my aunt, the picked up the items in the back and that she would meet me there. I assumed that when I got back, she would have bought the chair and that the people that work there would have brought it out back for her. So I go to leave and there is someone stopped in the one way driveway they have out front where you park. I assume it is one way because there is no way two cars could safely pass each other going both ways. I pull out of my parking spot and the person in his big truck pulls out and to the right. I wondered why he was sitting there in the first place and I now know it is because the people in the store told him to because that is the only way they will let you pick something up. I got out and on the road and quickly returned with my truck and trailer. When I pulled into the back, my mom was standing there but with no chair. She said they would not let her get it until I got back with the truck. So I parked out back where they have a big area and there were two other vehicles but still plenty of space to park and turn around or whatever. My mom had now gone back in and I started to walk in the back door. A man came out and held up his hand to me like a traffic cop and said "what do you need". I told him I was there to pick up a chair my mom had bought. He asked me what it looked like, I told him it was a red recliner chair. He told me to meet him up front. So I walked to the front of the store and went inside and walked to the chair. Nobody was there. Then another guy came over and said he was going to help me. He started pulling the chair out. Then the other guy comes over and says, where is your truck. I said it is out back. He said I told you to meet me in the front. I said well here I am. He said, "with your vehicle". I said you never said anything about my vehicle. It became clear he was not going to help me unless I went back to my truck, sat in the traffic already backed up coming out of the parking area, turned left on market street, turned left into the hairpin turn parking lot entrance and sat blocking all the parking lot traffic. I said can I just carry it out the front door, he said yes and the two men walked away and left me to carry a recliner out the front door by myself. Then me and my 70 year old mother had to carry the chair to the corner where I could pull up with my truck. One lady that worked there and a customer did try to help us but I was beyond approach at this point. I did go in and speak to the manager and he tried to explain to me how their policy of requiring people to park up front for pick ups was there policy for a reason, which I am sure it is. But when does common sense come into play? I later found out it was also an ordeal for my mom to get it paid for and go through all kinds of rigmarole before I even got back. Me and my mom have been shopping at Salvation Armies, Goodwills, etc, my whole life and I have never been treated like this at a place like this. This was a terrible resale experience. Normally I love getting good bargains at the Restore but unfortunately lately the prices are way higher almost the same as if it was bought brand new. They are having people who are doing community service price some things out from the top of their head and it's way to pricey. But don't get me wrong I still love the store but they should go back to how they were. read more

I went into the store to look for some book shelves. I asked them if they had anything that was hard wood. They brought me to a couple cabinets. They were pretty high priced for resale items, but the man told me that hard wood costs a bit more, and that contractors come in all the time to get these. So, I finally decided to go ahead and get it. I called my daughter to come pick it up with her El Camino. When she got there, she told me that it was not hard wood at all, but press board and probably didn't cost 100.00 new. So I told the gentleman that it was not hard wood and I didn't want it. He said he already had it off the floor, so I had to take it. I told him that I had not even picked it up yet, so I want to cancel the sale. He told me I could not, so they put it in the car, as they were putting it in the car, the 2 guys that were loading it broke it. I told them to remove it.. It was not hard wood like I was told, and it is now broken too. They did not refund the money I paid, and would not let me just get something else for the same amount so they could keep the money.
