I scheduled a service with Melanie and she was excellent. I scheduled another service for the very next day with her again. The owner booked my appointment. Payment was required upon booking. And I also prepaid for additional services for later in the month and prepaid for those too. I was unable to make the appointment time. Called the owner and asked to reschedule. He said I couldn't reschedule because of the policy. He nor anyone else ever told me about their "unable to reschedule less than 48 hours" policy. That makes no sense when the service was already paid for. No money is lost. I would've even paid a fee but he refused to reschedule me. I was never made aware of the policy - not in the documents that were sent over for signature (release of liability waivers) and the owner never told me. So how is a first time client supposed to know? It's not even posted in by the check in/out area. So I cancelled my future appointments and requested a refund. Which he credited back to my credit card. I will never go back. Horrible customer service. I
