Wonderful place to eat! I even saw a black cat sitting nearby, so cute!!! Excellent food, excellent service! My server was Tatiana (I may have misspelled that, I'm very sorry!) I ordered a burger and a crep/caramelo. I hope to visit Belmonte again someday. If I do, I will definitely return to El gato negra! read more
