In a small town like Cáceres, I never thought I'd find a gem like Nolasco. We stumbled upon it on tripadvisor, saw it was rated #1 in all of Cáceres, and knew we has to try. Luckily, by took walk ins for my family and I (a group of 4), and we were seated outside. We decided on the menú extremeño, which was a 6 set course of their best dishes for just €35! The salmorejo de frutas is a must try, along with the bacalao and pluma ibérica. I've had a lot of tomato based salmorejos, but this fruit based one was a treat! The pluma ibérica was exquisitely tender and flavorful, and melts im your mouth. All in all, it was a great meal, and much more lavish then what I expected, for a great price! The servers were also duper helpful in explaining the menu, and accommodating for my vegetarian sister's substitutions. I would definitely go back if I could! read more
