My schnitzel was perfectly prepared. The sauce is definitely more local, than Dutch, but it was very tasty.
They had a wonderful carpaccio, not Dutch, but rockin' good, and a really nice filet in a wine sauce that was more traditional.
The salad was beautiful, and bountiful in portion.
Service was excellent! We sat out on the front patio, on a rainy day. Parking was easy enough to find.
This was, at this writing, one of the few restaurants that was open for lunch. No matter the meal, this place is one of the best in the area.
It's worth a day trip to come out here, and see the gardens, and your one of the flower farms, by reservation, if they're in season. We spent a couple of hours, walking off lunch in the town, and sightseeing.
The staff was helpful in giving us done good places to go see.
