My walking tour guide had recommended this restaurant for the croqueta de txuleta. I stopped one afternoon to get a beer and a few pintxos. I loved the ambiance and my server was really friendly (she was from Colombia).
There were many choices of pintxos in here, but I had to try their croqueta de txuleta...namely a steak croquette.....it was like 3 euros...not bad at all.....
It was really good.....a step above a ham croquette. The filling was meaty, firm but easy on the bite and very flavorful. I had gone for lunch around 1pm and it was not too busy. I had visited the night before around 8pm and I could not even walk around the bar with the amount of people eating and drinking.
