I bought two cheques valid until the end of 2017 for two friends of mine, and when they tried to use them last december, they were stubbornly told by TNC that: "cheques already used". When I sent to the TNC all the documentation related to my purchase, their response was that they had not detected any problem of this kind that month. But, finally, they gave back the cheques to my friends. I have informed the Direction of the TNC of this irregular behaviour, and I've received no response at all after more than one month. Neither a single apology for putting me in a awkward position with my friends, nor for requiring of me a huge effort to recover what I had already paid for.
