En route to the Cathar castles, we ran into this restaurant par hasard. It was in June 2007 and they hadn't yet officially opened. We had an excellent lunch on their terrace. The food was really wonderful, the Maury wine was great, the service was first class and even the bill wasn't exaggerated. An address to remember. read more
