They have gluten free options available which is usually hard to find in the smaller town restaurants. I've tried their sangria (both white and red wine ones) and I wouldn't get it again. It's vey fake with syrups and pop. Not the authentic kind. They do have a decent wine list available. Interior is cool and has lots of seating. In the evening it even feels like a fancy dance club. The bar is in the centre and you can sit all around it. It's open and inviting. Music is loud and lively. Summer time the patio is open and that's always a pleasant place to hang out.

The patio has some tables covered by a large awning and some with umbrellas. We sat under the awning, which was good since it started raining while we were finishing our meal. Music was playing, but it was mostly just us outside, so nice and private. Our servers were nice, and quick to check on allergens. They have menus in English and French. We ordered the special (app, drink, dessert), but couldn't eat it due to allergies, so canceled that order. We also got two mains: veal with mushrooms and carbonara truffle pizza. The veal came with a mix of potato fries (shoestring), fried zucchini, and fried onions (both very thin). It was good, maybe 4*, but worth the order. The pizza did not have truffles. They claimed it had oil when we asked, but then offered to get us mushrooms (grilled, they were good) and then said truffles were on back order. They then took off some money from the bill. Lesson? The flatbread pizza is good, just don't splurge on the truffle one. We also had drinks (I recommend the sangria) and tried the trademarked Bread Bar®. Bar was odd (sliced bread from the store with 4 kinds of butter and a grill to warm it) but fun to do one time as a novelty. Bill was about $115 with the comped amount. Come here, sit by the river, and relax as part of your bill and you'll enjoy yourself. Don't come expecting perfect food though!

The fish has a heavy batter, will please some, less others. I prefer less, but I'll admit it was cooked perfectly. Generous plate for $14,50 tax in. The fries are superior, worth the detour. This is fast-food stand with indoor & outdoor seating. Lots of shade. Forgettable surroundings. The food is what counts here. Can't wait to come back for more. This place closes for the winter.

If you are looking for something to fill you up. It's a good bet. Also trust your server. Don't be shy to ask them anything. For example, I had a dessert included, but I usually dread dessert in places like these because they are always pile of flavoured sweet chemical mush. She spontaneously told me that a fresh batch of pudding chomeur was cooling as we spoke. I choose it, and boy, was it good! Perfect no fuss restaurant. Seated in a comfy banquette, we started with a 2-salmon tartare and a beef tartare (each of us preferring the other's choice!), followed by a seafood penne and osso bucco with linguine. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the seafood fairly generous. The osso bucco was a good portion and very tender. Loved the light vinaigrette on their greens. Dessert was a standard creme brulée. The experience was relaxed and enjoyable and we look forward to going back soon to try some of their delicious-sounding pizzas.
