A beautiful view looking out over the mountains, accompanied by phenomenal food. The carpaccio was excellent, with a little bit of shaved truffle on top. The chicken with apricot and coffee was amazing. I saw three thin chicken breasts and was worried about dryness, but was amazed by the flavors. Spicy, sweet, and delicious.

White asparagus is my new obsession, it tastes different. I'm staying at the hotel next door so I might come back for dinner to eat the soup again!
