The foil gras was seared lightly and extremely moist melt in your mouth perfection, accompanied by the sweet fig pancake that was beyond heavenly. We also had the smoked eel which was very flavourful and beautiful visually. The fish main was accompanied with an eggplant caviar that was sensational and olive mashed potatoes which were rich and luscious. The steak was cooked perfectly and was tender and flavourful and was accompanied by mushroom couscous. Desert was a poached peach garnished with a delicious peanut cream and hazelnuts.
