Well, I assumed it would be wrapped in that flat bread but nope, it was a full sized baguette (French bread) so lots more to chew. I had samurai sauce on it. My buddy had some chicken brochettes. Like most friteries (if not all) the food is all thrown into boiling fat. Not great for the arteries but not bad tasting either. Drinks wise, we had a Jupiler beer each. Pierre's son is the chef and Pierre is the pit master on a grill of hot wood coals - cooked and seasoned our beef to perfection. Mushroom sauce and french fries were great too! And, of course, the beer was fantastic. We also bought a 4 pack of all the beers that they brew year round. Definitely a place to have a great meal with some great beer in the Belgian countryside.
