Never again. There are a few times in life when a person is so disappointed that (s)he simply must tell the world. We went to Extrablatt because our regular restaurant's cook wasn't in, so the kitchen was unfortunately closed. We had carpacio absolutely soaked in balsamic & oil as a starter. I had the most normal German food ever (Zander, Spargel mit hollandaise Sauce & some sort of local speciality version of salty Pfannkuchen) & every single thing was wrong. The bulk of the fish was way under-cooked while only the very ends were okay, the Pfannkuchen were gummy & tasteless & the hollandaise sauce was bubbly. My fiancé's pork was absolutely raw all the way through the middle & the Pfefferlinge-red wine sauce over it wasn't reduced at all, so just tasted nasty.
The entire meal was horrible... as if made by a complete amateur.
She saw that we didn't eat everything, I told her what was wrong & she still handed me a bill for 78€.
Never again.
