It's was a huge pile of shaved gyro meat with a ton of raw onions on top. The meat tasted as expected; the onions were actually a nice complement to the meat, along with the sauce. A good-sized dollop of tzaziki sauce and tomato sauce. It also came with rice and green beans, both covered in a tomato sauce. He also recommended the restaurant "restaurant Elias" where hotel guests received 20% off food. The restaurant was very nice and their food was authentic Greek food. Would highly recommend staying at Athos and eating at restaurant Elias.
