There were many vendors in the air-conditioned building selling various items such as t-shirts, casual dresses, electronics, perfumes, jewelry, purses & accessories, and much more. There was also food trucks in the back parking lot. After walking around for about thirty minutes, I decided to buy a few things for myself: a watch, a purse and wallet set, and five pairs of sunglasses...all at a good deal. I also wanted to get myself a T-shirt or a hoodie, but I wasn't feeling any of the graphics that they had, and the few that I did like, they didn't have my size. The vendors I bought the items from were friendly and gave satisfactory customer service. Despite it being a hot day, I did enjoy amusing my eyes at all the merchandise. Will definitely come back to check out any new items on my next visit.

The level of detail and patience from the staff was amazing. We created a vision together and I was sure it was going to be executed well. Next, we picked up the cake. It wasn't at all what we were expecting. It was a regular, uninspiring cake with not so great execution. We weren't thrilled with the final design, but we didn't have a choice. We were stuck with it. Then it came time to sing and cut the cake. This is when BJs did their thing. The cake was so moist and delicious. We got so many compliments on how great the cake tasted. People loved the half chocolate, half vanilla option and the icing was perfectly balanced for sweetness. I would 100% order a birthday cake from them again, but I would just go with a traditional cake without the custom design expectation. I would argue, it was better AND MUCH CHEAPER than Publix.

First time shopping here after getting a $15 holiday membership. Upon arrival we had to wait 25…read moreminutes in line, with only 5 people (high maintenance I suppose) ahead of us, with 3 (in the beginning) working the counter. Of course they tried to get us to upgrade, which was a hard NO (thank you). We want to check it out first, already having both Costco and Sam's Club memberships. We cruised the entire store and were impressed with the variety they have. We ended up leaving there $300 poorer, which seems to be standard at these Club warehouses. We purchased several items we normally buy at the other warehouses, to compare quality. We went through a regular checkout stand, due to having a full cart. Some, not all, items were a little less than other places. The few employees we interacted with were cordial and helpful. Overall this was an okay first visit, albeit the ingress and especially the egress to this entire shopping district is a nightmare. We will return throughout our annual yearly membership and I'll upgrade (or downgrade) my review of I see fit.

I was with McLane for less than a month. I was going through their "driver training" program. I am…read more54 years young. The 4 trainers that I had, said that "most" of their current drivers cannot complete the course. In fact, some of the trainers I had were not perfect. I managed to complete each maneuver multiple times. There were times where I did not successfully complete a maneuver. To get a call letting me know that they do not feel that I am able to drive their trucks....BS. I had 4 different trainers. Each of them after the first, telling me to something different than the previous trainer. To learn something, and to be told it is wrong, is ridiculous. The talk about safety. Because I hit a cone, doing a figure 8 going backwards. Hmmmmmm..... when will any CDL driver have to do a figure 8 going backwards? I am just asking. So, they probably saved me a headache. The trainers are not the most professional people. I understand that a cone should be treated like a person, non-movable object or another vehicle. I upsets me that the trainers can use a cone to determine if I am fit to drive. In my 38 years of driving, I have not had any moving violations, or at fault accidents. I am done ranting.

Both of them should not have a job there, especially the manager, allowing this lady to treat people in the way she did I was on the other side of the door she saw me knocking, looked at me, and with her hand waved me away and walked away from me after I was waiting outside for literally 13 hours at the dock just to unload eight pallets which I've been off my truck for over four hours at this point I was waiting to leave the dock and I have no idea what was going on so I was trying to ask what was going on and they all were so rude to me and would not tell me what was going on for hours I was left stranded in my truck with no one to talk to, and the manager was not answering any of my questions and both were super rude with a reason because I was treating them with respect and I was nice so I hope somebody from McLean reads this and fires those two horrible employees because they do not deserve to work there so unprofessional and so rude /racist. I never want to come back here.

I feel like such a child every time I go to the candy because they have so many nostalgic candies like sour punch straws and baby bottle pops. Sometimes they have different candies but they also have huge boxes of takis. They have whole goats in the freezer too if you eat that. Large cuts of meat. It's pretty cool.

They do carry alot of items but not regular things for home like at the other Costco. They carry some produce, seafood like salmon and tilapia, meats and chicken. They even have cambros for large scale food preparations and packaging and wholesale bags. Restaurant supplies like industrial fridges, fold up table and chairs.
