In the room, there is a organ musical instrument. Very interesting. The bathroom and toilet is separate compartments in our unit. Bed is comfortable. Since the chateau located at the rural area, night time is quiet. We also have dinner at chateau restaurant. We start with Gaspacho de concombre et pomme verte. This is Cucumber and green apple gazpacho. It also comes with sear cutter fish with roll up salmon. My wife appetizer is beef heart tomatoes, perigord scamorza strawberry, beetroot sorbet, raspberry vinegar, basil, dried duck breast. Our entrees is bass fillet of the moment, pan-fried chanterelles, sweet garlic emulsion. This dish is excellent. My wife has the chicken supreme and foie gras with citrus fruits, old rum juice tagliolini cream of flat-leaf parsley. It is delicious too. The chateau hotel has swimming pool area, bars, seating garden and more. It is pleasant to eat outside with view to the farm area.

Walking around the circular town center is a very memorable experience. We had lunch at the Auberge which is clearly a popular spot for locals. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding, particularly my charcuterie and duck confit. It was also a tremendous value for such delicious food. If you're anywhere in the Gers I highly recommend making a trip here and to Fourcès.

Topped with a parmesan crisp, the dish was cute and tasty, but nothing stunning. The 'orange' duck confit came with a good salad, and piping hot new potatoes.
