Very good lunch, and we came back later for cappuccino and cakes which were excellent too. We had better cakes once elsewhere, but since this is a small town we'll let that go, because the prices were good. (I'd give it 4.5/5 if I could.). It was standard German food, well prepared and with good balance of flavors and ingredients, and their tap beer (especially the dunkel) was excellent, too. Very interesting choice of decorations: lots of retro stuff on the walls, and old vinyl records as placemats. Mine was some ancient Soviet government-issued folk song disk, I think. read more

Nach der etwas enttäuschenden Spreewaldweihnacht auf dem Weg zum Parkplatz zufällig drüber gestolpert. Was für ein Glück, denn das hat den Ausflug gerettet. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ambiente, schön weihnachtlich geschmückt. Service sehr gut, Sauberkeit sehr gut, Essen sowas von lecker!!! Das bekommt man in Berlin für den Preis leider nicht. 100 % empfehlenswert. read more

Wir waren nach unserem Weihnachtsmarkt Besuch in der Gaststätte essen. Wir, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, haben die neue Karte super gefunden. Reichliches Essen und guter Geschmack. Wir sind satt und zufrieden nach Hause gefahren. So muss es sein. Wir kommen wieder. read more

Sehr schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant mit hervorragender einfallsreicher Frischküche. Nicht unbedingt hier, im sehr auf Massentourismus ausgerichteten Spreewald, zu erwarten. Trotz der hohen Qualität sehr moderate Preise. Immer einen Besuch wert! read more
