Some tables were seved the good meat (red meat) often, others were not, just imagine how frustrating that is when the table next to you is offered nice cuts of meat and your family is not. They served us hot water (bottle) we had to ask for glasses and ice, and no napkins of any sort on the table. A lot of other small issues like small amount of side dishes etc. There were many waiters and the restaurant was not even half full so it wasn't as if they were having a busy evening.
