The husband of the owner took our order and we had a small chat with him and he was very funny and easygoing. We sat at the window where we could watch the people walking by, which was great. We ordered the Tagessuppe (soup of the day), which was Brotli Soup (bread soup) and it was delicious. Light with tomatoes and zucchini, served with fresh bread. I ordered a housemade iced tea and a black tea and husband ordered a chai tea. They also have a basket of games for you to play, so it's very Bernese... slow and easy! Highly recommend and also make sure you check out the washroom. The floor is glass so you can see the old water canals.
