In the already impressive food scene of Copenhagen comes a trailblazer of a new restaurant. 81 days after opening early 2024, Nicky Arentsen and his team received their first Michelin Star, and Nicky received the young chef award. Not only was that well deserved, but there is absolutely no reason to think that they will not rise above that. Not a single dish deviated from the top level. We had a perfect night. Every course was interesting, inventive, and superbly tasting. The attention to detail, friendliness in service, relaxed atmosphere in the old gunpowder store is truly amazing. It is a small restaurant, so reservations will likely be very hard to get in a foreseeable future.
