Oh my, if you have had cheese fondue at one of those chain places in the US, it has absolutely nothing on this! This is real cheese folks....and as it cooks down, the crusty bottom layer is such a treat, that somehow you will manage to finish it even after insisting you cannot eat another bite of cheese! The bread served with the fondue is wonderful as well; fresh and crusty, with sunflower seeds baked in. The salads that come with the fondue were wonderful too. The vegetables were fresh, and the dressing clearly house made.
Service was fabulous! Our server was delightful, and even offered to bring us tap water along with our beer and wine which is almost unheard of most places in Europe. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. They have a play area for kids which is great for helping parents relax and enjoy their meal. Do not miss this place if you are in the Hasliberg area!
