You will also spot many boats entering and leaving the harbor. When you enter Knipan, a waiter will ask if you want à la carte or buffet (12,90€). The waiter will then guide you to your table and you'll get to order something to drink (by the way, Finnish tap water is delicious). If the tower is open you have to walk all the way up! You won't get disappointed by the view. The restaurant itself was pretty clean, and the staff was really friendly.
