The beef tartar was good as well but very rich. We were also given a basket of bread with a butter that tasted like it was meat infused. That was bomb. I had to limit myself so I had room for the main dish! The roasted duck breast was oh so good. The duck itself was perfectly cooked and had great flavor. The sweet potato purée was heavenly. There's even REAL vegetarian options apart from smazeny syr that will absolutely make your moth water. Dnes se nejčastěji slad vyrábí ve velkých poloautomatických sladovnách a do pivovaru se jen dováží. Útulná pivovarská restaurace s citlivě provedeným interiérem má kapacitu 85 míst.
