She asked me a bunch of questions give me a rubber band, a couple of things to squeeze in my hand, and then she was off to the next patient on her computer laptop and I was left to do everything by myself. After finishing the therapy session I was due to have my shoulder iced, they simply took an ice pack, wrapped in a blanket, and laid it on my shoulder. Call me crazy but aren't you supposed to wrap that with an ace bandage so you can really get the cooling sensation around the joint and I'm not blaming the employees. I understand the stair job, but some of them had an attitude as if they didn't even want to be there and yes they build my insurance companies $400 per visit. What a scam no wonder why health insurance is so expensive beer regardless of whatever ministration we have it don't matter folks everybody's in on a take and you and I have a little people were the ones getting screwed all day long.
